Christine Swift: Owner/ Artistic Director
Christine started her dancing career at the age 5 at Denise’s Dance Academy. She danced competitively for many years winning various cash awards, special awards and overall awards. Christine has been the opening number for the Radio City Rockettes Spectacular in 2011. It has always been her dream to own her own dance studio.
Later, Christine graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Joan Phelps Paladino School of Dance with a Bachelor in Arts at Dean College as a dance major with a concentration in studio management and a minor in business. While at Dean she has trained with Jill Silverman, Todd Shanks, Joan Phelps Palladino, and many well-known master teachers. Christine is a certified Acro Dance teacher through Acrobatic Arts. She is also a certified Barre Fitness instructor with Barre Above.
Christine has been teaching dance for many years from ages two through adults. Christine feels so lucky to be able to share her passion of dance with others!
Leslie Fitzpatrick- Teacher
Leslie Fitzpatrick is from Norfolk Massachusetts and is enrolled in Joan Phelps Palladino School of Dance at Dean College. She has been well trained in ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, ballroom, improvisation, and acrobatics. Leslie has studied with Jessie Stinnett (Boston Dance Theater), Todd Shanks, Lauren Mangano, Jenna Pollack, Erika Hayden, Lindsey Klein, Lindsey LaPointe, William Evans, and Jill Silverman. She has interned with Boston Dance Theater and New England Summer Dance Intensive. She is working on obtaining a yoga certification and studying Alexander Technique in post grad life. She is currently certified in teaching Barre classes. Leslie’s has a true passion for dance and teaching. She absolutely loves everything dance has to offer and how much dance provides growth physically and mentally.
